Jaimee has had numerous press opportunities leading up to her tour and two of those include Facebook Lives with Health Magazine and BlackDoctor.org. In these videos, Jaimee takes editors through a shortened version of her normal 75-min classes, including techniques she uses during her in-person sessions.
